Well, I didn't take a picture this week, mostly because dinner was eaten so fast there was no time for photos. We have been reveling in our local produce this week. I love strolling through the garden plucking fat sugar snap peas from the vines, snacking on fabulous brocolli and plump tomatoes. Tonight it was beet salad with smoked salmon and locally produced bagels. Here are the ingredients in my tasty Alaskan version of beet salad.
